King of the Degens is similar to the King of the Hill childrens game but with crypto-economics.
Up in the castle, the King and 9 court members are being streamed $DEGEN points in real-time.
The King is streamed the most (33%), then Lords (14%), then Knights (7%), and the lowly Townsfolks are streamed the least (4.5%).
$DEGEN points can be redeemed for $DEGEN tokens from the Treasury at the end of Season 1. (May 1st)
The Treasury starts with 100k $DEGEN and grows whenever the castle is stormed and based on number of players..
A player can ⚔️ STORM THE CASTLE ⚔️ once per hour by paying 0.001 ETH, which is swapped for $DEGEN and put in the Treasury.
The storming player takes the place of a random court member, or the King himself, and starts earning $DEGEN immediately
Players are guaranteed to earn a spot in the castle but it’s more difficult to become the King or a Lord than it is to become a Knight or Townsfolk

When does the game end?
Season 1 ends on May 1st. At that time, the Treasury will be distributed to all points holders in proportion to their points. Players will have 30 days after the game ends to redeem.
Does 1 points = 1 $DEGEN?
No, points are your proportional share of the total $DEGEN in the Treasury. Depending on how big the Treasury grows, 1 point could be less or more than 1 $DEGEN. Points might have other uses in the degen.game universe.
